Baking Brothers Caramel Multi-Purpose Chocolate Paste 3.5kg

This chocolate paste is a beautifully distinctive caramel chocolate, and with so many uses, it's a must-have for your cakey cupboard. Ideal for coating, filling, or layering desserts and chocolates. To use, simply melt the product completely at 40-45ºC and apply to your cakey goods for an excellent glossy appearance. Baking Brothers chocolate paste can be used directly from the tub at room temperature. Simply scoop out of the tub and mix to soften. However, if you find it isn't the right consistency for your project, heat in 20 second intervals in the microwave until the desired consistency is achieved. If you find you need a firmer consistency, place it in the fridge until hardened. Please note, due to the characteristics of the product, small particles may form. This does not compromise the product quality. Simply heat in the microwave and mix until dissolved. Instructions: 1. Place portion in the microwave for 20 second intervals until fully melted. Do not burn. Alternatively, use a bain-marie and melt at 40-45c. 2. Once melted. use to coat, fill, drizzle on desserts and chocolates. Any leftover chocolate paste can be remelted multiple times. Store between 15-25c in a dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Tub contains 3.5kg.
