It's Valentine's day, and what a better day to make these yummylicious truffles. They are super easy and won't take much of your time at all! Why not get messy with your partner, or surprise your loved one with them, or just for the sake of it cause you deserve it! They also make great gifts too for any occasion. This recipe makes 24 truffles, dependent on your ball size. Ingredients:
  • 450g Oreos
  • 225g Cream Cheese
  • 350g Milk Chocolate
Method:
  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Blitz all the Oreos in a food processor, until it reaches a fine crumb consistency.
  3. Place in a bowl with the cream cheese, beat with an electric whisker or use a wooden spoon to combine well. Make sure the mixture is looking even.
  4. Roll the dough into bite-size balls, place on the baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes. They should be firm.
  5. Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute, checking in between intervals, be sure to stir. You do not want the chocolate to burn.
  6. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate using two forks, and place them on the tray.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, approximately 30 minutes.
They are so delicious; we have a special love for them!
