Cake Lace Gold - Edible Glimmer Shimmer 15g. Use this lustre dust to colour, brighten, and enhance your fondant, and other sugarcraft creations. This dust gives a brilliant lustre effect, perfect for just adding a sparkle, or really bringing out a colour if used in tandem with a matt paint or dust. Most lustre dusts dissolve in water, and so can't be used in a lot of items, such as ice cream. This new lustre dust from Cake Lace is the first of it's kind which doesn't dissolve in water! This means not only can you colour traditional materials, such as sugarpaste and marzipan, you can also give ice creams a sprinkle, and various other desserts! This colour contains silver grains, with glitter inside. When used on sugarpaste, it will give a light silver hue, with a touch of sparkle. Contains: 15g. Ingredients: Rice; Colouring's: E171, E172 May contain traces of milk, sulphites, soy and nuts. Please note that this dust cannot be mixed with alcohol to create a paint.
