Fruit Cake 6" (152mm) Round
The cakes, after a long slow bake, are wrapped in special plastic film before maturing for several weeks before dispatch. The cakes are well-packed and protected in stiff cardboard transit boxes and have a long shelf life.Made from the finest ingredients, these moist edible rich fruit cake bases are delicious, and can save many hours of work for the busy decorator.
Our rich round fruit cake bases are made with only the highest quality ingredients to ensure your decorated cake will taste as good as it looks. The fruit is soaked in pure fruit puree and sherry for several days and then baked in a special way which seals in the moisture, so you will not need to feed the cake with extra alcohol before decorating.
