Wright's bread flour is produced using a quality mix of wheat, processed in a conventional way. It is the most well-known blend and an extraordinary base for including your own extra fixings. For 500g of bread blend simply include 320ml of warm water. This blend works splendidly in bread making machines and makes delectable home-heated bread and rolls either exquisite or sweet and flimsy and fresh pizza bases directly from your broiler.
