Deliciously, creamy, mint white chocolate fudge which is loaded with heaps of flavour, and stuffed with Oreos. So easy to make, you literally only need five ingredients!

It's great for gift-giving, to make during Christmas, or to make and eat now! There doesn't need to be an occasion to make lovely treats for yourself! It won't take you long at all to make this!

Method:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper. 
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, be sure to stir at each interval, as you don't want to burn the chocolate. 
  3. Stir in the peppermint extract and food colouring. Be sure to use chocolate oil-based colours, gel-based colours will make the chocolate clump together. 
  4. Stir in the condensed milk and broken Oreos; you will notice the mixture becoming thick.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared tin, smooth the top using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with additional Oreos on top
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until completely set.

Store the fudge in an air-tight container at room temperature for 1 week or the refrigerator for 3 weeks. Enjoy!
